Mr. Brown focuses his practice on representing mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions on properties across the country, under various programs, including loans to be purchased by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Prior to joining the firm, Alex’s practice focused on representing lenders in connection with commercial real estate loan originations including both commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) and balance sheet transactions for various property types.
