Ms. Kane focuses on the representation of mortgage lenders in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions, including construction, refinancing, and permanent financing loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration, with an emphasis on multifamily and healthcare projects. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kane represented borrowers and developers in FHA-insured transactions and was a law clerk with the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Office of Hearings and Appeals and the Office of General Counsel, Program Enforcement.
