Ms. King focuses her practice on the representation of mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions under various loan programs with a primary emphasis on multifamily and healthcare project loans which are either insured by the Federal Housing Administration or purchased by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Her practice involves both market rate and affordable housing transactions which finance new construction, moderate and substantial rehabilitation, acquisition, refinance and permanent loans utilizing a variety of different financing structures.
