Mr. Ossi focuses on the representation of mortgage lenders in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions, with an emphasis on multifamily and healthcare project loans insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. His practice involves construction, acquisition, refinancing, and permanent financing loans utilizing a variety of different financing structures, including GNMA Securities backed loans, Section 8 properties, and tax-exempt financing.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ossi worked as an attorney in the District of Columbia government.
