Bio

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clancy was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland. He also previously served as the Director of the Community Development Administration, the housing finance agency of the State of Maryland. Mr. Clancy is experienced in the Federal, State and local legislative and administrative processes, having worked regularly with elected and appointed officials at each level to promote a variety of legislative and executive objectives. Mr. Clancy was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Howard County (MD) Library from 2000-2010, and has served as a Commissioner of the Howard County (MD) Housing Commission, and as a Commissioner on the (Maryland) Governor’s Commission on Condominiums, Cooperatives and Homeowners’ Associations. From 1982 until 1990, Mr. Clancy was an adjunct professor of law at the University of Baltimore School of Law where he taught seminars in the law of public finance. Since 1990, Mr. Clancy has been a lecturer in entertainment law and business at The Omega Studios’ School of Applied Recording Arts and Sciences in Rockville, Maryland.
