Mr. Rogers represents lenders in connection with commercial real estate financing transactions. His practice is focused on the financing of affordable, market rate, and seniors multifamily projects with loans originated under the Fannie Mae DUS program and the Freddie Mac CME program.  He also represents lenders in connection with (i) loans originated under their multifamily bridge loan programs, (ii) forward commitment transactions and (iii) various servicing matters related to existing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loans.
