Mr. Griffin focuses on the representation of mortgage lenders in several commercial real estate financing transactions with an emphasis on those made under the Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac multifamily programs. Mr. Griffin also has experience in affordable housing transactions including 4% and 9% LIHTC, ground lease, tax exempt bond, tax exempt loan, multi-layer subordinate debt, section 8 HAP assisted properties, and other programs. His practice also includes representing lenders involved in short term bridge loan transactions as well as forward commitment loan products. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. Griffin worked as a paralegal at Krooth & Altman.
