Mr. Knoll’s, a former managing partner of the firm, practice includes the representation of a number of nationally prominent lenders, real estate developers and investors in secured and unsecured, complex real estate, finance and business transactions, involving both private and public sources of debt and equity. As a former staff attorney in the Federal Housing Administration’s Office of General Counsel, Mr. Knoll has over 30 years of experience with HUD, GNMA, Fannie Mae and other secondary market finance programs.
