Mrs. Keefe focuses her practice on representing mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions on properties across the country, under various programs, including loans to be purchased by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. She has experience in representing lenders in both market rate and affordable housing transactions which finance new construction, acquisition, and refinance loans utilizing a variety of financing structures.
