Mr. Nejad represents mortgage lenders in several types of commercial real estate financing transactions, with an emphasis on those made under Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily programs. He has experience in market rate and affordable housing transactions, including 4% and 9% LIHTC, ground lease, tax exempt bond, tax exempt loan, multi-layer subordinate debt, section 8 HAP assisted properties, and other programs. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. Nejad worked as a paralegal at Krooth & Altman.
