Bridge Loans are often more tailored loan products than what is available on more traditional GSE/FHA financing. Over the years we have worked with several of the DUS Lenders and Optigo Lenders in creating the necessary loan documentation and diligence requirements to document their Bridge Loan programs. Many of these Bridge Loan programs are specifically created with an eye towards a GSE/FHA take out loan, and we are uniquely positioned to counsel our clients in the various risks associated with Bridge Loans in this regard.
